Can you please give us more details about these handhistories. You mention they are (converted). What does that mean, are these not original handhistories? If possible, please disable any such options in client to 'convert' handhistories.

I have the same problem, and these are the original handhistories.
It's just that they convert from $ to € so for example instead of 0.5$/1$ if you're from an Euro country (for example Italy) you'll play as 0.38€/0.77€.

There's another problem, the currency is not right and HM recognises every hand as a loss even if you win the hand.

Hi, I've the same problem.
The hh are not converted, it's just the currency. For example if you play from an Euro country instead of 0.5$/1$ you'll play 0.38€/0.77€
Somehow the currency is not right and every hand it's registered as loose even if you win the hand
