HM stopped working

Hi I keep on getting this error

"unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application"

According to google its something to do with the Net Framework from Microsoft do you know which version HM uses so I can download and reinstall it thanks.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Run a WINDOWS UPDATE install every .net framework update.

I have updated HM still no go,

So I have been searching for hours now about net framework I have tried all the solutions listed on the internet using clean up tools uninstalling all net frameworks and reinstalling but it still wont work the error it gives now is.

"Net Framework Initialization Error"

I have Net Framework V2 I have tried to install it numerous times, when it installs it tells me to go to "Turn windows features on or off" to activate it but the only version that shows up which is activated is V3.5 which covers all older versions and is included in the Windows 7 install, so I am stuck.

Everything on my computer is working fine this is the only program thats not working, Oh and I tried a window update but I got the BSOD after update so I had to restore any suggestions would be great thanks.

I have tried all this but it still wont work I think I'm just going to reinstall windows.
