View Full Version : Rake Accuracy issue for ongame

I have recently switched sites from full tilt to pokeridol on the ongame network due to a better rakeback deal. I got HEmanager because a) the HUD I previously used (pokeredge) was not compatible with pokeridol and b) I wanted to track how much I was raking as this was a private deal, and there was no 3rd party site involved that told me how much I was raking. The deal I was offered was 54%, yet the RB I got was way below 54% of what HEmanager showed that I raked for that month, it was closer to 40%. When i enquired about this I was told:

"The issue here is with HEM not tracking OnGame correctly. It's a big problem but one they don't seem to be in a rush to fix.

You were paid correctly, if you want your actual rake figures it's best to contact support."

Could somebody let me know what they make of all this please. Is this a problem with HEmanager or am I getting underpaid.
Cheers.

Ongame has made recent changes to its rake system that does not allow HEM to accurately predict how much RB you will get.

Yea I was aware of the essence programme, just sucks seeing as I was in the red for the month, so figured it shouldn't effect me too much.. :/
