No data on replayer

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr that he does not get any data in his replayer:

All programs run as admin; his computer has
intel 2,1GHz
RAM 4 GB
Systeme windows 7 Pro

No memory problems:
Holdem manager : 183492 KB
iexplore.exe : 48 056 KB
the rest is not greater than 2 KB

What is the problem?

Please try uninstalling/reinstalling HM2: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe

If that fails, please create a new database

and reimport the hands from the c:\HM2Archive folder.

All original hands that are auto-imported into HM2 get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere.
