Please help. Can't get HEM to work as of last weekish. It opens up fine, but as soon as i click on auto import I get the following window popping up (see attached pic). Emailed support and was given the following suggestions which failed:

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If you get the same error, it's saver to do a 93 mb full reinstall @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Also run a Windows Update to see if Windows 7 happens to have a NON-critical .net framework update the auto update of Windows didn't install and install it.

Failing that I went through the uninstall PostgreSQL forum links and reinstalled PostgreSQL 8.4. Have probably lost my old database now but don't care at this point, just want HEM working again.

I've noticed that when I log onto windows, I no longer see Postgres as a user option. Used to have me and Postgres and I'd have to click on me before entering my password. Postgres seems to have disappeared from there as an option.

Thanks for your time.

Brant.

Please uninstall HEM using Revo Uninstaller: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+)

After completion please reboot your computer and download and install the full installer from our homepage. Please make sure that the postgresql option is disabled during the installation.
