But it keeps saying that the serial number needs to be deactivated.

I already deactivated it on my old laptop, yet it still gives me the same message. I emailed support to try and help me.

I've created an account online and tried to look for the link to reset the code but there's nothing on my account that will allow me to reset the code.

Please help!

Please send the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com
