Hi

I have a problem with Hold'em Manager. I can not start or use it. When I try to run HoldemManager.exe the following error message pops up "Visual C& Command Line Compiler has stopped working.". Then after few seconds it says that "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". Actually Windows notifies nothing.

The problem has started spontaneously. I haven't done any changes to my hardware or software. I have also run antivirus programs and they haven't found any problems. I have also tried to use search engines but didnt found any HEM problems caused by Visual C error.

I dont want to play poker without Holdem manager so this problem is annoying me. Do you have any idea of how to solve this problem?

Thanks.

EDIT: I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit as a platform and the latest updates are installed.

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller -
http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one:

So weird. When I try to install dotnetfx package, nothing happens and the installer doesn't start. :/

I think there is something wrong with your windows installation.
Any security software blocking updates or something like that?

You should try to get help on the Microsoft sites.
