cannot purchase upgrade

Trying to add omaha to existing registered HEM software.

I : Login to website.

Click upgrade.

Click Buy Now, then Upgrade

Click 'upgrading existing holdem manager / adding omaha "

It asks for key I put it in.

I click green 'add to cart button'

Nothing happens

tried 3 browsers.

Skype omahaplayer63 if perhaps shared screen would help diagnose
