Hello,

I've posted befor a problem that occured while trying to review HH and since I installed the latest update, the problem is gone, although there is something strange happening since that update.

108241

What is that thing with the "Not finished" tourneys? I know that might happen when HEM or my computer crashes while Im still playing.

The problem is nothing of the above happend. HEM is importing the whole session whitout any crashes or shits and still after the session it says there is some number of "Not finished" tournaments.

Would be really happy if you tell my how to solve that problem, because its very annoyng.

Thanks in advance.

Please create a new database
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1431/How+is+a+new+database+created+in+Holdem+Manager+2% 3F

and reimport the hands from the c:\HM2Archive folder.
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/81/Options+%7B47%7D+Hand+Importing+%7B47%7D+Manual+Ha nd+Importing

All original hands that are auto-imported into HM2 get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere.
--
If that fails, please zip a small sample of original hand histories in which this issue occurs and send them to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

On which site are you playing?

If you play on PokerStars are you also importing the summary files? Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_11Apr2013.exe

If the summaries are being imported properly and there is still a problem, please send the hand histories and tournament summaries in which this issue occurs and send it to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread./

Hello,

It seems that the problem still exsist.

The thing is, I cant send you the summaries of the tourney, cuz they are different every session. Also when I open Pokerstars summary folder, there is nothing in there, althought I checked the mark ot save them.

You should find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
