Hi - In my "old" PC, HEM correctly recognizes the Rush hands (I have 100K) vs non rush hands (400k) hands in the "Reports" section.

I exported all hands, then loaded into my new PC and HEM. When I loaded them into my new HEM, it doesn't recognize my rush hands. It just lists that I have 500K hands at that limit.

When I play Rush on my new PC/HEM, it correctly identifies the Rush hands when I play, so it appears to be an issue with importing/exporting.

How can I get my new HEM to recognize rush hands?

Thanks

You'll have to create a new database and reimport the ORIGINAL handhistories (from your archive folder, or let Full Tilt email you the hands in their original formatting)

When you export a RUSH hand, unfortunately the RUSH characteristics of the handhistory formatting are changed. (making the RUSH hand undistinguishable from a regular cash hand)

Where's the archive again? Unfortunately I don't think FTP will email me 100K hand histories

You should find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
