Mucked cards doesnt work

Iplay on merge and ever sine I did one of the updates about a week ago or so the mucked cards arent showing after the hand. The board cards do but not the players cards.

I want to let you know that your issue report has been received and will be tested in the order it was received.

wildncrazyguy: What site do you play? I've noticed this occasionally when playing Merge. It's weird though because it doesn't happen w/ every hand, and it doesn't seems to correlate to whether I play the hand, whether I see a flop, or the hand goes to the showdown. Just once in a while mucked cards won't flash, even if I hit the hand in the table summary box.

The hands do however get recorded, so I can always see them later in the replayer; at least I'm not worried about HM2 missing hands entirely. It's just kind of annoying.

I have tested the mucked cards on Merge and they are showing properly here in the latest version of HM2 for NLH and NLH SNGs.

What games are you playing and which merge site specifically?

and reimport the hands from the c:\HM2Archive folder to try and resolve this issue.

All original hands that are auto-imported into HM2 get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere.

I play at Carbon. I might not get to test these steps for a while. Like I said it's not consistent and it's not a huge deal since they are in fact be imported correctly; as long as I can replay the hand later, I'm ok with putting it off. Besides, it seems to happen only occasionally -- maybe one out of every 20-30 hands? Very rough estimate though. I'll let y'all know if I get to testing this further. Feel like I've been doing a lot of HM2 diagnostics lately. ;)

1) Please open HUD Options

2) Click Reset button

3) Click the Panels Only radio button

4) Click OK.
