View Full Version : Auto Import is not working same for manuel Import

Hello, I need some help tbh I am not a pro user of HEM I just saved my hands and reviewed
some hands. I wanted to start out with HEM now and need this help.

To the history: I have had so many folders with HH in that I decided to make ONE out of these
many folders. After I did this I started the Auto Import which works fine at first time but actually
I am missing HH since January 2012 - today which is in the folder and which HEM should have import.
What went wrong? Any ideas what my fault was? All Hands are in english language.
As well I have the problem that I have lots of unknown buy in and not completed Tourney.

Help is much apprechiatet. Sorry for my english, if you need more informations just contact me.

Autoimport feature has some restrictions - max # of files, max # of hands - and is developed for Live play
So if you want to add a lot of OLD hands - you must use Import folder OR Import file buttons

This is not working either!?!? I tried that as well..its not importing any of the manuel import hands.

What else could that be?

Please update to the latest version - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/373771-latest-internal-beta-hm1-update.html

Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (USA) as the "Current Format".


*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
