hem notes colour code issue

Today, hem is colour coding almost everyone with a red tag on the note icon, auto rate is turned off. I'm running note caddy, but this hasn't happened before.

How can I correct / stop this behaviour?

awesome, looks like a note caddy setting that got changed during license upgrade. Happy I don't have to reimport all my hands in a new db lol, thanks
