HEM won't import hands all of a sudden.

I've tried the last 3 releases (1.11.05b,c,d) and all the hands keep getting shown as Import Errors and none of them are getting imported. I did update Norton yesterday and that's the only thing I've changed. What should I be doing here? Also the HUD isn't showing stats on the tables I'm playing.
