Badges in HEM2 replayer are disapearing!

I am not sure I should post this in NC forum or in general HEM2 support forum sreti so lemme know if this aint the right place.

I noticed the following problem in HEM2 replayer:

I double click a hand in order to view it in HEM2 replayer and after taking some time to load the HUD (HEM2 replayer
was/is slow..) as usual I notice that some badges for some players are appearing and disappearing all the time! Of course I do not click anything and have waited a long time but this does not stop.

From what I can tell this does not happen to specific badges (ie different badges appear and disappear for different players). I use latest NC 2.4.5.2 and HEM2 .7725.

Any ideas?

Are the badges disappearing after they appeared or are they not appearing at all sometimes? The replayer load gets blocked by the loading of NC data due to a change HEM made a few months ago. There is a timeout which might cause some data to not always appear. You can prevent this by preloading Preloading notes for Rush and Zoom players - Assaultware Wiki (http://wiki.assaultware.com/Preloading-notes-for-Rush-and-Zoom-players.ashx)

The badges disappear after appearing first. Then they appear again and disappear again etc. I can probably make a short video if you think that might help you - no problem.

Does this thing have a chance on happening in regular games while playing too? I have not noticed this at all while playing but I dont play zoom at all and rarely rush.

Preloading notes aint an option for me cause I have a 12mil database and hundreds of NC defs and this process seems to take forever. I'd just wanna be able to replay a hand I have played before and be able to see the stats/badges normally. Its frustrating enough to have to wait like 30 seconds for the HUD to load the stats of all players in the replayer whenever I'd like to replay just one of my hands but its another thing to have badges appear and disappear after everything loads. FWIW I dont import new hands or play or have NC creating notes or doing anything for that matter while this is happening. As I understand this is a HEM2 issue so maybe I should post that on their forum and not waste your time?

In HM Apps - Note Caddy - File - Settings, turn on caddy logging.
