View Full Version : All Imported Hands Going to Error

Starting just recently any hands I play on Stars or Full Tilt are getting import errors. None of the hand data is getting imported, but I can actually see my list of total players increasing for some reason. So it looks like some data is being imported. Any ideas?

I did try installing the newest release, but still the same issue.

Here’s a FAQ on how to create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database), please see if the problem still exists with the new database. If it does please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread but if the new database fixes it then it means your database is corrupt.

Export your Hand Histories

Export Your Notes

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

then reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database
