HEM not recognizing Carbon Poker HHs

I have been successfully using HEM on other sites with no problems. For the first time I just started playing on Carbon Poker. I found my HHs in C:\Program Files (x86)\CarbonPoker\history\insertscreenname so I added the following to my auto import config C:\Program Files (x86)\CarbonPoker\history+subfolders and none are importing into HEM.

I located the HH files and noticed that they were moved to my master HH archieves folder, as they should have by HEM. I also noticed they are XML documents. I open them and by default attempt to open in Internet Explorer but give an error. I then manually open in notepad and I see something that doesn't look like a typical HH but is in some kind of computer language (HTML?) like this:

Which HM version are you using? Please try 1.11.05d http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If it doesn't work please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

OP has just entered the wrong player name in the reports.
