View Full Version : Cannot add a license code to my login

I have done some researches and i have the same problem as in this one thread.

I bought a HM license today and i cannot "Add new Serial Number to your login" because "This serial number is not valid or has not yet been used."

What should i do?

Please send the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com
