If I minimize table manager it disappears, how can I bring it back up?

Usually the table manager minimizes to the icon bar.
You need to configure your windows to "not hide" unused icons or under windows 7 you can modify the icon list and edit which icons should be displayed.

Is there a way to pull it up from the HEM control panel? If not I do have Windows 7, how would I set it to just minimize this particular icon?

It minimizes to the task tray by default, there is no way that I'm aware of to configure it to minimize to the Start Menu -- it's programmed to behave this way. And it has nothing to do with Windows 7, the task tray behaves the same on XP or Vista.

Just find the HEM icon in the task tray. If you don't see it, click the error on the left side of the task tray to expand it. Double-click the HEM icon and Table Manager will reopen. As netsrak indicated, if you never want the HEM icon hidden, you can configure it to always show in the Start Menu options.
