Graphed Hands Tab blank

Updated to the latest version and now under Cash Games - Graphs, the graph is showing fine, works with all filters, but the "graphed hands" tab is not displaying any hands.

I made a new database and reimported the hands, and I get the same problem.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.


Is your Windows in English?
Are the time/date setting set to: M/d/yyyy ? (the "American" date formatting)

W7 64 bit, Windows Firewall, and Avira(sp?) virus.

Everything is running as admin.

I thought back and i was working fine until Sunday night. When it started acting up I installed the d patch to take me from 1.11.05a to 1.11.05d and that did not fix the issue.

Made a new database and reimported all hands and same issue.

Not sure on clock, but it is set for US EST. and displays correct time and date, though I will double check when i fire it up tonight.

Should I just uninstall and reinstall completely or run the patch above (if that is not already 1.11.05d).

Run the patch again: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

If that doesn't resolve it try a FULL reinstall 93 mb full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe
