Hey, for some reason this week I started having some major problems with my HUD, where it will freeze when I click on a hand at the top of the table or when I hover over a stat for the popup. The only change I made to my HUD settings were enabling and disabling some Notecaddy stats. I checked the log file and I saw dozens of these errors:

[Main:1 - ZoomScraper.ExecutePipeServerCommand] Error executing pipe server command: |The operation has timed out.

Thanks for the help.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Do you have the same issue if you temporarily disable NoteCaddy and/or use a different HUD Configuration?

It must be a problem with NoteCaddy, I disabled it and it worked fine.

Please make sure you are running HM2 as an administrator

2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Add exceptions for HM2, PostgreSQL, and any other programs you use for poker to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions lists.

You need to make sure that this folder

Windows 7/8/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Show hidden files (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Show-hidden-files)

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.
