View Full Version : Hand count off...even on new database

Ok, so my old DB wasn't showing all the hands of players in the DB. For example, when I go and click Change and put in a players name, it would say that there's over 100k hands, but then the reports show zero or very little. All hands is on, and all filters cleared, so that's not the problem.

Figuring the DB is corrupted, I exported all hands from that DB, and started reimporting the hands into a new DB. I imported a few files and ran a report. Again, when I go to select a player's name there is X amount of hands, but the reports comes up a little short. This is a new DB, all hands on, and all filters cleared.

Any ideas?

Maybe this is the source of my problem:

When you delete and purge hands, do the hand history no longer show up in reports even when "all hands" is selected?

Thanks.

yep, thats probably the explanation.

Instead of reimporting a "exported database"....
can you just reimport the original handhistories? (from you archive folder)

If you played on Full Tilt/PokerStars/PartyPoker, and you can email them to request every hand you've EVER played, which they'll email you in the original handhistory formatting.

I think netsrak answered the question. Thx for the responses and suggestion.
