Hands don't import when changing tables in tournaments

Tried doing a search, but I've noticed this problem that whenever I change tables the hand does not get imported during a tournament. Then the problem escalates when I'm trying to analyze in SNGWiz. For instance, I notice a key hand is not showing due to the issue that either Full Tilt is unable to save the first hand when I'm moved to another table or that Hold 'Em Manager cannot import this hand.

Just hoping that this issue can be easily rectified. Thank you for your help!

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.


Also add Fulltiltpoker.exe, holdemmanager.exe to the exceptions list of the firewall.
