when i made a back up of my database and sended it to my desktop, it says that i have only played 11104 hands, but on my laptop it says 22526 hands, everything else is the same, the same players i have played against and everything, there are no active filters or antything.... what can be the problem?

How did you backup the database?

Did you ever purge hands?

Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Try creating a new database, and just reimport all the original handhistories.

i did it the way that you describe on this site, and it has always worked before, have done it like 10 times, just this one time it didnt worked, and have tried it twice now, the same problem.

no i have not purged hands, and i restored this computer like a month ago, so i didnt save my handhistory foldee, i just made a backup of the database and restored it, since it has always worked before...

Hands played on which site?
If played on PokerStars/FullTilt/PartyPoker, start by sending then am email requesting ALL your hands, so you can reimport them.

In the folder you choose during creation of the backup (or the desktop as you posted above).
