(help me please)my auto import works but i date doesn't calculate ever my winnings !

HEY , my hem it settled up but when i auto import and i am playing mtt's . it doesn't put my results.it always put 0$ . when i go into edit tourney tab of the tourney's , it always says i finished 9th?????? and the field size isn't correct too!

how can i fix this?

Are you playing on PokerStars??


You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.
