Hi,
I have been using PT3 when playing at PS. At some point I got a trial version of HEM and transferred mt PS hands there.
After the expiry of the trial, I started playing at FTP using PT3 again.
Now that I have a registered version of HEM, I wish to switch to HEM. I exported my FTP hands (and some later PS hands) from PT3 and imported them to HEM. As far as I can tell, it worked fine. (I exported the PT3 hands to a separate folder and then imported the hands from that folder to HEM).
However, at the Reports tab of HEM I cannot view any of my stats or hands for FTP. I have the same player name at both PS and FTP. I tried changing the Player Name, but it only shows my PS name. Similarly, I tried changing to any other FTP player, but none of the FTP player names show up.
Am I doing something wrong?
