Importing doesn't work

Hello!

Trying to analyze certain spots in my HUSNG-game, i recognized my HEM1 showed up the bug that was already reported in this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/389391-effective-stacks-filter-not-working.html

So I followed the instructions given there and created a new DB. It worked properly for some tourneys that I imported. But always when I try to import my complete DB / tourneys from my archive, HEM is only importing a fragment and freezes on it's way.
I tried to shut down HEM and restart. There were some tourneys imported but of course not all of them. So I tried to import single sub-folders, but it is the same procedure there. HEM starts the import but freezes after some time.

Any clues what I could do?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_04Mar2013.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin"from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
