Optimization not working

When I do a full optimization it goes for about 10mins before this error comes up any help appreciated thanks.

I just installed HM yesterday onto new laptop and imported hands and didn't do anything by manual install everything by your package

instead of using the optimization tool, I'd read the link above and manually edit the postgresql.conf file + vacuum/analyse in pgadminIII
