Lately I havent been getting all the hands from Ongame to HM. I use OGHG. No errors messages or anything. What could have led into this?

My last session was 95mins, 2-3 tables and I have 141 hands on HM. No filters or anything to reduce the number of hands.

EDIT: interestingly most my big hands seem to be lost, I only have 2 pots in HM where I have lost over 10bb and 3 where I won more than 10bb eventhough I played several big pots during the session.

Please update to 1.06.04 which dosent require OGHG anymore, the setup like explained in the FAQ for 1.06.04 http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=148

And also see this if you continue to have problems:

If you experience this problem then close down HM and your ongame client and do the following:

1) rename the ongame DB to something else so that the ongame client recreates a new one. A smaller DB will have less of these problems
2) Open holdemmanager.config from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config and look for OngameDBDelay. Change the value from 15 to say 30 or 60. The longer you set this the less frequently HM will try to import hands. That # is the number of seconds.

The problem is that when ongame is writing hand info to the DB it frequently fails when another program is querying the DB. This causes corrupt hand info in the DB. What they should be doing is retrying on a failure (like Prima does for their SQLite DB) but they are not so if you play a bunch of tables then the chances of missing hands is higher since you are more likely to be reading from the DB while ongame tries to write to the DB. By setting this # much higher you make this much less likely.

I cant find the OngameDBDelay file. Also, I located the new hand histories only in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HUD Data where I can find a .hh files named after tables. Can this be right. After I updated this folder to HM imported hands but i couldnt find them in any of the tabs.

Ultimate bets HH go to the HEM data folder not Ongames, are you sure its ongame?

Heres how ongame should be setup http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=148

The DBdelay isnt a file, its a line in the holdemmanager.config folder

yes I am sure. Betsson. previously the hands went to OGHG folder. not anymore.

I think you mean file instead of config folder. (in that folder though)

Sorry yeah file but you shouldnt be using OGHG anymore with the new version so it shouldnt matter where they were saving just follow the FAQ and it should be fine

I followed the FAQ. so if i understood correctly there shouldnt be any HH files. Just the database?

HM imports hands from Ongame now w/o OGHG, but the hands wont show up in tabs.

So you see it saying

Imported 1 hand history etc but it dosent show in any TABs. I f so please create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and see if they show up there and if so please export your hands from the old database into the new one http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
