Importing files sent via e-mail

Hello,

I am having trouble importing hands that were sent to be by e-mail by the poker sites (Full Tilt and Poker Stars.) Poker Stars sent me a long e-mail with a bunch of hands I accidentally deleted -- I tried putting this into a .txt file but HEM seems to not have imported it. Full Tilt sent me a .txt file as well and these hand histories are not showing up when I choose import from folder.
