How do you post a screenshot and you hud here?

No clue and can't find a sticky that says how.

1. Export your hud to your desktop. (player preferences - select hud - export)
2. To upload the hud file there is a facility at the bottom of the screen when you post your thread called manage attachments, this allows you to upload the actual hud file
3. Get your hud up on the screen and press the print screen button
4. Press start - all programs - accessories - and open the paint program. - click edit and paste. Then save the image to your desktop
5. Go here http://imageshack.us/
6. Upload your image file
7. Place a link to it in your post to show the image. (You have to post the link marked forums to get the image to display)
