View Full Version : Problems, cant fill in my code again.

Hi!

I have a PRO edition Holdem manager license. Recently I asked for a Omaha Manager trial, so someone from the HM support send me a code for a 15-day trial of Omaha + Holdem Manager.

So now the 15-days the trial is expired, and I want to fill in my original PRO edition Holdem code, but I can not fill it in.



First I get a screen which says “Activate online now. Requires an active Internet connection”.

When I click on it, it says something like ‘success’ but the next screen says something like ‘a valid license for HM could not be obtained, ask HM for assistance’ and from that point on there is nothing I can do.

Hope someone give me a solution, so my HM will work again.

Please try the following:
1. create a new text document in the config folder and name it licdebug.txt
2. open hm and register the program
3. close hm and delete the licdebug.txt file
