I've sadly been a customer for years for both HEM1 and 2 for 3-4 years, and every couple of months your program decides to come up with ways to just entirely screw up my session and make me loses thousands of dollars. In today's edition of HEM2 not working:
I launch MTT session on 8 different sites, first 4-5 no problems. Then all of a sudden, when I do absolutely nothing all my hud stats just disappear and table finder shows as empty. I'm like wtf eh I guess I'll restart holdem manager? And then the ****** obv does not open. It gives me the license bullshit about not recognizing my code, yay cool while clicking 25 tables I navigate to your site and copypaste the code which is 100% valid. Could it finally work... well guess what, NOT WITH YOUR PIECE OF **** PROGRAM, it's never that easy. Instead I get this:

OH cool so now your servers are down? That's really ****ing nice of you. Thanks for tellnig beforehands etc. I try to make it work 100 times, restart holdem manager try everything, after like 40 minutes (when I've practically been sitting out in my tournaments) it miraculously connects to the server and I get in! YAY!!!! Only an hour destroyed and focus gone!
Well this time it starts creating notes for all of my tables but somehow only gives me a hud for 2 softwares out of 8 (ongame and ipoker). It makes notes for every site but hud only recognizes two (table finder is empty for other sites).
I decide F it and restart entire computer (sitting out more, thanks). When I get back wanna guess what HEM tells me now?

I smash it for another 30 minutes sending you bug reports and shit and then all of a sudden on attempt 45358135 it lets me in (asking if I want this to be my primary computer, YES THIS HAS BEEN ONLY COMPUTER ONLY FOR A YEAR YOU IDIOTS.
It loads stats, for a second it looks good. Stars stats there, Party stats there. But wait... other sites don't load. Now Ongame and Ipoker dont work either. So same as before. I decide I'm OI and am just gonna grind hudless. On next sync break i restarted once more anyway just to try it out, can't hurt right?
Wanna guess what HEM2 says when I get back?

This has been going on for like 6 hours now and I havent been able to get back since. This basically cost me like 5k of equity thanks a lot. I don't know where you find your coders, if it's from elementary school or something, but serously look at my posting history... every month or two there's a major issue. I've had different computers different versions different setup everything... and there's ALWAYS some **** wrong. You people are literally the nut low for charging for this bs.
