I put in a new HD so I would be able to 24 table with ninja and hem. I downloaded HEM and it refuses to recognize my HEM support supplied username and password.

I am supposed to have a teamviewer session with HEM support to fix the issue but it's been over 15 hours now and I need to be playing now.

Can someone help please?

Reset your serial first:

we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

The problem is that when I open HEM, it opens the trial version. I exit it and go to the webpage but it won't let me use my user name to log it. Fails every time.

I've switched usernames and passwords. Can you do a teamviewer session with me and help me out?

email sales@holdemmanager.com and request them to reset the serial.

If you don't get the opportunity the enter the serial, delete the old holdemmanager.lic (license) file first.

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html]How to see hidden files in Windows
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg
Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

2. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
