My rakeback tab isnt working correctly


It says internet explorer cannot open page "rakeback.holdemmanager.com"

and then skips to "page cannot be displayed"


my internet connection is fine

I also want to add that my rakeback doesnt appear on my graph for some reason?

I just tried the tab with 1.11.05c http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.05c.exe
and its working for me.

When entering rakeback/bonus please make sure that you are entering it for a real player name and not for an alias.

If that doesn't help please post a screenshot of your entries.

I dont think I need to post a screenshot of my graph


I click on rake back / bonuses and nothing appears. I see other people have a blue line representing their rakeback/bonuses

what do you mean a real player?

You get this message directly when you click on the rakeback tab on the left?


The player names: you can create an alias containing all your player names you use on different pokersites. Using this alias as player while entering rakeback will not work. Please post a screenshot of what you enter into the rakeback/bonus window.

what do you mean rakeback bounus "window"? I have my SN for the site I play on under "change player"

if thats what you mean?

I have tested it on 3 different and it worked on all of them. So i think we need to have a look at your system to fix this.
