Is there anyway to track how many big blinds my opponents open for with specific hands other than just the min raise stat with big hands and the spark caddy?

In the reports--> More Filters--> Filter by bet size--> run a filter for preflop, open raise size equals x BB

Thanks that was a huge help derders. 1 more question can u explain to me how i go about getting more specific bet size fractions $flopbetaspotfraction - Shows the flop bet size of a player as a fraction.

This should be used in conjunction with a filter saying a player must have bet the flop. It is broken up into approximations: 1/4 (less than 40% pot), 1/2 (40% to 70% pot), 3/4 (70-90% pot), full (90-100% pot), and over (greater than 100% pot). If you need more specific fractions, then you should use action sequences with pot bet ratio filtering and write it as a fraction into the definition's description

if you need more manual betsizes you can set for each definition a manual size and forget the $flopbetaspotfraction

look at screenshot for action sequences tab or older actions tab
