Problem with Notecaddy

Hi, i just have purchased Holdem Manager 2, i try to run Notecaddy and i receive the text:

This screen is not available for Notecaddy Basic Users and blablabla, the same i would be using the trial version.

Here you can watch a screen which shows the access denied popup and my hm2 pro version. I have never used HM1 or Notecaddy before.

Did you purchase NC? If not then you will only be able to use the free NC
