i just downloaded the newst version of HM, used version 1.10.xx before cause want the mucked cards to work at ongame, but suddenly it couldnt import the handhistory anymore, so i updated to the newest version, but it still doesnt import the hand history, playing on bet24

Can you test if the hands import in a NEW empty database?
If they don't email us one of the handhistories

i already have the latest update, it did import the hands when i moved the handhistory to another folder, but i cant move it while im playing, so cant get my hud to work while im playing since it dont import....

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05b http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

but i have already controlled all that, and it has always worked before, its just recently i have had problems with this, sometimes it works, sometimes not

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.

The file is the correct one but its not a 1.11.05b config file.
Which version of HM are you running at the moment?

Btw. You have no heroes defined under Hud options -> setup hero names

no cause i switched back to the old version, since i was the same problem with the newest update, so i could use the mucked card at ongame. But it worked yesterday but just right now, it stopped work again......

Maybe its the problem with old HH file that stays in the ongame directory? I had such problems...each time, when I first started to import it took ages to import, more than 15minutes. Probably becaus it was going throw the old file and needed time for it?

no thats not the problem, no hands are imported :(

Delete the ongame handhistory file, reboot your computer and try again.
