I have read the FAQ and did everything as advised but still not working, It works on regular table but not on rush tables ...

I have submitted an email to support yesterday but did not get any answer yet. Not even an aknowledgement of receipt.

Please make sure that you are using 1.11.05b: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Site options -> FTP -> use OCR... should be disabled
and your FTP client must be switched to english language.

If that doesn't help please post screenshots of the table and the table manager.

Our support doesn't send a receipt. I guess you'll receive an answer in the next hours.

for some reason OCR was on. It seems to have fixed it thank you
