hi there, dont know whats going on.

havent played in a while... now HUD is not working anymore.

table manager pops up, but thats all.

what shall i do now?

when i tried optimizing my databses (there are two) the following error report came up:

Are the hands being imported and they show up in reports?

im playing on pokerstars. mtt's.

i updated. still cannot optimize my database. pokerstars is importing hands correctly, auto import folders are correctly configured.

hands are probably not imported. i cannot find them under "Hands" (there are some hands from my last session - where the HUD didnt work - but no play money hands from yesterdays or todays testing session). it says

Imported 1 files.
files imported: 1 of 1
hands imported: 0
duplicate hands: 0
import errors: 0

every few minutes it goes to imported files 2 of 2... but that is quickly reset after a rythmic mesage flash:

every 3 seconds or so a message (sometimes its sth like "time remaining 0/00s" and sometimes just a few letters i cant read...) flashes for a split second... progress bar stays at full.

hahaha... hope you understand this description. please reply quickly. i would like to fix this before the sunday mil.

1) Please close HM

2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

4) Open the databases.

5) Highlight your database.

6) Right click, click maintenance.

7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

btw, why was it so fast? i remember it taking several hours. took an hour.

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

Create a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager and reimport your archive folder.

Hello, i have the same problem, i tried everything but still doesnt work. Im playing cash in Stars and my PostgreSQL version is 8.4 so can someone please help ? It really gets annoying...

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
