Hello,

After i have installed the 17dec2012 , 1.13.01 internal blabla , sng's sometimes doesnt import all hands and if i get iknto the prices, HM will fill in the wrong finishing position. In zoom my hud goes everywhere every round. I have everything installed as i used to do. Zoom doesnt import all hands from all tables, i were just playing 4, and only 2 tables were importing hands to hm.

How cna i all fix this?

What type of SNGs are you playing? Are they hyper turbo's?

Got everything working with ur update except for ZOOM, hud keeps going to other persons every hand. Also blitz.dll is added to my folder. Also hm1 doesnt import all tables/hands from zoom. Normal cash, sng or tourneys are working now.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

1) Please give HoldemManager and Full Tilt Administrator rights -

a) Go to C:\Program Files\rvgsoftware\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
b) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
c) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
d) Repeat Steps b and c for Hmhud.exe and hmimport.exe
e) Repeat Steps b and c for \Full Tilt Poker\FullTiltPoker.exe

2) Add these files to your antivirus and firewall exceptions list: **
- holdemmanager.exe
- hmimport.exe, hmhud.exe
- all easyhook files
- blitz.dll
- all ftp dll files (for the dll files, you have to type in the name in the file name box for a lot of firewalls)
- fulltiltpoker.exe
- postgres.exe
- pg_ctl.exe
- psql.exe (these three are in the postgres\bin folder)

3) Make sure the FTP Lobby > Languages > Language Options are set to English.

4) If you change the settings in the full tilt timezones and then use HM auto detect it will cause problems. Since FTP has a timezone setting there is no reason to use an offset in HM. This feature is there from before they introduced the timezone feature to FTP. So just set it to 0 in HM > Setting > Site Time Adjustments and set your correct timezone in FTP.

5) Test the Hud out on a normal table first to verify its working

6) If you have any problems with the HUD on Rush tables try the following:

a) Export any custom HUD configs.
b) Manually reset your HUD Options > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.

7) If none of those steps solve your problems:

1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using? (e.g. 1.12.11)
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Nothing is working. I use 1.13.01 internal, the 28dec one. 17dec, nov,4march also didn't work. everything is working what u said. Only zoom if i go to the next hand hud goes to the wrong player and if i open 4 tables in zoom, in my sessions tab he's only importing 2 of the 4 tables. table manager recognizes every table, so this is really strange.

ps; it's pokerstars and not fulltilt.

Try reimporting the hands into a new database. Do the hands of ALL 4 tables then import?
Do handhistory files for the 2 missing tables exist?

Importing hands for zoom is working now, only hud is still changing to other player every hand. Also after i have resolved almost everyrhing I get an 18 mans error.... gettig sick of it now. Played 7 tables , hm1 doesnt count $ev won...

Solutions?

Do you mean playing a 18man SNG you get no Luck Adjusted Winnings?
This is normal, Luck Adjusted Winnings will only work for STTs.



For the wrong HUD (for the wrong player) appearing with Zoom: please close your stars client and your HM and replace the file c:\programme\rvg software\holdemmanager\blitz.dll with this one: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Blitz.zip

In 6max tourneys sng , sometimes $ev won stays on 0.00 also or its not correct. Im getting sick of this bugs...

Are these hyper turbo sngs? If so, it is a known issue that we hope to have resolved in one of our next 2 HM1 releases. If they are not hypers please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

using hm2 trial now, everythings fine, except the luck adjusted winnings, $ev keeps going wrong, sometimes its 0.00 sometimes 0,01 and sometimes correct. I need to mail the handhistory or the wrong one ?

Yes, please send us the hands for testing. I imagine it is a known issue we are already working on but we can't be sure unless we test the hands. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
