View Full Version : Error importing every hand

Hi. I have a problem, even with holdem manager trial, so is not about my license.
At every hand which i try to import i have an error. If i have 3000 hands to import, I have 3000 errors.
I tried with the last version, same thing happened.
What can i do? I want to buy it, but i want to try the trial before.

Which pokersite?
Which gametype?
Which HM version?
Which operating system?

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).

Absolute poker.
I play just cash games and HM import me nothing.
I tried with the last version, 1.11.05b.
Windows XP.

There are no known bugs for Absolute.

Are you sure that your absolute client is configured to write english handhistories? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Absolute Poker Setup (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/20/Absolute+Poker+Setup)

Please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

I made a new database, is ok now, but i have a problem with the HUD. He detects my tables, but he didn't work. I tried with table finder too. All is fine, but he didn't show stats at the tables.

PS: If I'm looking at a hand with hand replayer in HEM after the session, stats is there.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
