I play on euro tables. My hem does not work on dollar tables. It also sometimes does not track the sessions. Also, sometimes it turns off during the sesion. I have delete and reinstall it several times but trough the time it comes to the same. What can i do?

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and tell me if the hands import into that database, is this an english windows install?

I thought the problem was solved.It works on euro and dollar tables but It came back to the same. it quits tracking sessions.It tracks everything but when you go to session nothing appears.Besides, when i created the new database, all the info i had of every player does not appear. Is any way to get tha info i had on the previous database?.What do we do now?Thanks in advance

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05b http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

It run well about 300k hands. After that it stopped tracking.I do not have windows vista or 7.I created a new databasa already.I install the new version and nothing new happen. What can i do?

Please give us the details about your import configuration.

I du not know if this is what you want.

Current import folders:( I have 4 i dunno if this is regular :S)
-C:/Documents and settings/secepsz/aplication data/hem data/hands+ subfolders
-C:/Documents and settings/secepsz/aplication data/hem data+subfolders.
-C:/program files/pokerstars/hand history+subfolders.
-C:/program files/Pokerstars/hand history+subfolders. (in this one the p of pokerstars is in big letter)

The table manager open every time i press import. And i can see how much i have lost or won during the session if i click the hem symbol but it does not track sessions.

I have reinstalled it and when i do it, it give me several mistakes that i have to omit to keep on with the reinstalling. Should i delete the postqrtl or however it`s called

I'm sorry but i can't do anything with your informations. I think the best is if we do a remote session. Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

I just created my 4 database and it stopped working today after 4k hands.. I have tried to vacuum all of them but it does not work on anyone either.the hem itself suggest me to contact the support right now. I need HELP AND i need it really fast.I play everyday almost 3 hours and without hem i can not play and i can not make money either... besides i would need the info i had of other databases in a new one. i have fool in my skype but he is never willing to answer me.is any other guy?Thanks in advance.
