hello

I started playing on sajoo.fr (Ongame), and I have some hands that do not appear in hm
1.11.05.a version
I do not find that hand in hm, despite several import

I just looked in detail
there are hands that are not fairly consistently, and I often duplicates
Before that, I do not worry about Winamax

But i use windows seven, it's compatible ?

Windows 7 should make no difference.

So you are saying the original handhistories are already wrong?

hello

I just watched, I have the same problem with winamax.fr and ongame.fr
I have duplicates or abscence of hands
the only difference is I installed windows seven and reinstall the latest release 1.11.05a

Where do you see the duplicate hands? If you see this message during the import its no problem, just an information. HM skips this hands.
If you see duplicate hands in the reports your database is corrupt.

If you have hands that can't be imported please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I created a new database, but re-imports and hands it to appear to be good

I used admin3 to restore my database.

Sounds like your database is corrupt.

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)

then reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database
