Is there such a program add-on exists as Luck Manager, or this is misinformation?

I've never heard of luck manager.

But HoldemManager has build in expected value, and can display your "true BB/100 winrate" (based on Allin-EV), Allin-EV in graphs, Chip EV, $EV, and
"Luck Adjusted Winnings" (based on the ICM model for SNGs)

The only thing HoldemManager can't show is coolers: for example set vs set, KK vs AA, etc.

Is there a possbility to develop some kind of luck manager, which measures amount of coolers goes your way or another. Like in Hu for example, you get TT preflop and villain holds JJ+, that would be a cooler, and for postflop play, you hold for example trips and opponent has better. I understand that there too many variables to make count every cooler impossible, but at least some hard-core coolers could've been counted. EV estimated is just like 1/3rd of the picture how you run, and if this add-on could've been developed, it would add 1/3 more and we could even closer picture of how we run.

Thanks.
