I've been using the trial version on a new laptop as I don't know how to use my existing HM account on this computer and I don't have the License Key anymore. I'm getting the above message and have been without my HUD all day. I emailed support this morning and have still got nothing back.

start dbcontrolpanel.exe (=database management)--> create a new empty database and reimport your handhistories

The error message means that your database is corrupt. You need to create a new one: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)

For your key: you have a running HM installation on your other computer? Start it, Help -> Registration -> Show serial number.
Use this key for the other computer too and choose "PC(2)" for the activation.

I sold the other PC, how can I get the License Key?

If you've lost the email with your license key (we sent you when you purchased HM) email sales@holdemmanager.com and they can re-sent it.
