Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin"from the compatibility tab.

Which HM version are you using?

What you are saying is that when the number of players decreases the hud configuration changes?
Can you add some screenshots of the table with different numbers of players and the belonging table manager window?

Im using the latest hem version.
the player huds change location when number of players decreases.
they overlap and stuff.

its always been like this, no matter what version of hem ive been using.

i will take a screenshot next time it happens.

Please try this:
1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete the position files config\pospref*.txt (= pospref.txt, pospref2.txt,...)
3) Start HM and rearrange the Hud positions.
