When go to start auto import, "import progress" stay empty and start to import after 1h, 1:30h. When the statistics are shown and open some another application then only the same statistics are showed like transparence or something. Thanks to any solutions of this problem! This problem persist after i reinstall HM. I'm with version 1.11.05.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05a http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

P.S. The problem with importing is fixed with update.

Sorry but your link is not working for me.

But freezes during the import are usually configuration faults. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.
