Hi,

I lost some HH (50k to be honest) and I requested Partypoker.fr support to send me back these HH.

They did it but I only have 'import errors' and 'incomplete hands' when I make the import from the folder where the HH are.

This is an example of a hand :

Which HM Version are you using?
Please update to our latest release 1.11.05a: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

and try again.

By the way each hand is in a .log text file.. The problem could be because of that ?

I can't see any error in the HH I posted..

move the hands to a different folder (or rename the folder they're currently in) and run the import from folder again

The .log is not the original handhistory we need to test. The best is to zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Ok but the fact is I don't have these hands in the folder of my poker client because I requested them from the support of the site. Then they send me that by mail in .log text files.

And I searched the hands in the HMArchive folder but there's nothing because hands have not been imported.

I think there is no solution to get these hands..

Sorry but we don't support the import of hands from party in the log format.

But if you had "write handhistories" activated in the party client while playing and the auto-import was running the hands must be in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). Please check your auto-import settings, maybe you configured another folder?

No the hands can't be in the HMarchive folder because I played these 50k hands in july when HEM did not work with Partypoker.fr.
So I played without tracker these hands but now I requested these hands from the Partypoker's support and they send me that in .log format.

I just don't know why I have import errors because the hand history seems to be normal..

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We can take a look at it.

Hello,

I'm having the same problem. I play at partypoker.com and loose my Hold'em Manager database, so I asked to PP support for this files and they sent me a zip with 50k hands to import.

Could you guys help me too?

Edit: I'm sending the e-mail with some hands because the full file has more than 30MB.
