Tournament results tab wrong for FullTilt

Hi all,

My tournament results tab is showing the wrong info when I look at it. It shows one 6 handed tournament, even though they are all Rush On Demand touneys. It also shows the wrong "net winnings", as well as ROI. This wouldn't be weird if my "tournaments" tab was the same, but this tab shows correct results. I'd like to fix this as soon as possible.

If that doesn't fixes it, reimport all your handhistory files and summary files into a new database.

Did that, still didn't change, now the HUD doesn't work.

Can you post a screenshot of what the reports looks like, when you've reimported the hands into a new database?
Or email us the handhistory + summary file of a game that shows up wrong.

Here are the screenshots. The tournament results tab seems all wrong, as you can see it shows some rush, some normal tourneys, and also shows some 6max tourney, but they are all the same format, just different buy ins. The tournaments tab seems ok, even though the time of the tournaments is wrong (when I click on edit, then ok, it shows the correct time of the tournament).

Please zip the original hand histories in which this issue occurs and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31).
